NEW COURSE:
Relational Breathwork
Mondays 6.-27.1.2025
16-18.30 CET
Registration closes on Sunday 5th January 4 pm CET
Come experience the most important aspect of breathwork that no one teaches!
You are looking for a high-quality advanced breathwork course to deepen your understanding of what true relationship with your breath has to offer. Maybe you already know so much about breath and different techniques, about what is the “right” way to breathe and about what “dysfunctional” breathing patterns are. Maybe you are already certified in (several) breathwork modalities. Maybe you already are guiding others through breathing exercises or transformational journeys. And yet somehow it feels like it’s missing something. It’s missing a foundation, depth, context, richness, dimensions, intimacy, trust.
Then we would like to welcome you!
This course is for you if:
- You want to experience and facilitate the deepest and most intimate transformation through breath but all the techniques feel like they only scratch the surface and only offer a short-term relief.
- You want to be inspired by the Breath of Life (the Source, the Life Force) in your own practice and while guiding others but you feel stuck in your head planning and overthinking?
- You want to have a deeper understanding and relationship with the Breath of Life but keep getting distracted by all the noise from the so-called-experts on social media?
- You want to weave breath(work) into your existing practice (both personal and clients) but not sure where to start because most of the offerings out there don’t feel authentic?
We’ve got you covered! In this course we will teach the most missed, misunderstood and underestimated aspect of working with breath in any capacity: the relational aspect of your breath.
During this course you will build a foundational relationship with your breath going way beyond your understanding of your personal body. Expanding into the ancestral field and collective body, connecting to the bigger forces at play. All the way to re-weaving your body into the greater web of Life. Sanni and Katja will guide you through embodied theory and felt explorations on the relational foundations of your breath. Breath as the most intimate relationship we have. Breath as a messenger of the unconscious. Breath as a doorway to the world full of resource, support and enchantment.
This course is not a nice-to-have. It is a MUST-DO if you already work with breath in any capacity or you want to incorporate it into your practice more. It is also a MUST-DO if you want to have a richer and more magical human experience.
Breath as a Foundational Relationship
Monday 6.1. 16-18.30 CET
- Approaching the breath from a relational perspective rather than a tool. Question: “Is your breath a tool vs are you the breath?” What goes wrong when breath is seen as a tool, quick fix or as a transaction?
- Range of breathwork: why compliance-based approaches to breathwork rarely shift anything below the surface?
- Breath(work) as a way to build a genuine relationship with the body (instead of transactional relationship like “I do this breath exercise so I feel better”)
Breath as a Doorway to the Dynamic Range of the Human Experience
Monday 13.1. 16-18.30 CET
- Accessible dynamic range through breath (range of presence / resonance / “regulation” / range of humanity)
- Foundational dynamics of building somatic stability through breath (breath as an anchor amidst the personal and collective chaos)
- Basic neurocellular patterns and the dynamics of the breath
Ancestral Breath, the Collective Body and the Unconscious
Monday 20.1. 16-18.30 CET
- Breath as a portal to the unconscious, and why changing the breath as a habit or as a quick fix for regulating the nervous system blocks much of the information the breath is trying to convey
- Breath as a way of building relationship with the ancestral fields, collective body, with greater forces, with the Breath of Life
BONUS SESSION: Ecological Breath
Monday 27.1. 16-17.30 CET
- Ecological breath (breath through the lens of animism and posthumanism)
- Challenging the normopathic approach to breath (and healing in general)
Expect cellular shifts, many AHA-moments and more clicking into bodily trust.

This is NOT a beginner course. The course is directed to experienced practitioners who feel ready to explore their breath all the way to the Source. We will be diving straight into the depth of the matter. This is an advanced exploration of most important foundations. We expect you to have the basic knowledge of the human body, nervous system and breathwork. And at the same time you don’t have to already be familiar with the concepts above. Getting to know these concepts on the body level is why you are here.
The course is taught in English.
