Focus better
Ten urgent things on the table? Phone ringing? Colleague asking for advice? All at the same time! Multitasking is a disease of the modern working environment. Nothing tackles the negative effects of multitasking better than breathing, stopping for a moment, closing eyes and just watching the contents of the mind. The answer is: Yoga and Mindfulness.
Feel good in your body
Statistics of national health authorities state that musculoskeletal disorders as well as stress-related disorders, such as sleep problems, IBS and concentration difficulties, have become major public health problems. More and more research, as well as our direct experience, shows that Yoga, Breathing and Relaxation address precisely the issues that modern human faces.
Unwind. Recover.
Studies show that both Yoga and Mindfulness techniques reduce the amount of sick leaves, increase productivity and reduce stress. Yoga is a perfect way for balancing the nervous system that is nowadays constantly under a lot of pressure. To recharge, recover, revive and get stronger one needs to take moments just for oneself. To listen what is really going on in the body-mind.
Energising. Balancing. Calming.

Your Teachers
Sanni Parkkinen
Life Coach, Yoga Teacher, Breath Coach
Every moment of yoga practice is an opportunity for letting go, relaxation and self-reflection. In her teaching, Sanni concentrates on being instead of doing. Even though the practice itself can vary from very gentle to a more powerful one, there is always space for breathing and pausing.
Henri Parviainen
Yoga Teacher
Breathe in. Breathe out. Relax. These are the cornerstones of Henri’s approach to yoga. Instead of strict details in his classes, Henri loves to create a safe atmosphere where everyone can feel welcome and supported. Not as much as possible, but as little as is needed.
We encourage our students with gentleness because only acceptance and self-respect will take one forward in life.

About Yoga and Meditation
14-week yoga course in Jyväskylä, Finland during spring 2019 was an excellent opportunity for a beginner to get to familiarize oneself with the world of yoga. As an instructor Sanni takes into account practitioners of all levels, and you can really see her passion towards yoga.
The course hit me in the middle of a very rough period of life, and during the classes I felt like receiving much help for clearing the mind and concentrating on myself. I definitely feel like continuing this practice in the future! Thank you!

I participated at the workshop "Asana=yoga?" in which for two days we learned about the theory of yoga, relaxed and practiced breathing exercises as well as a yoga series with various asanas.
The course was invigorating and the teachers Sanni and Henri very professional and dedicated to their work. Especially I enjoyed that the teachers were thoroughly familiar with the history behind yoga and its theoretical background, and that they knew how to explain different benefits of the yoga postures.
The course concentrated on holistic yoga so there was an emphasis on mental well-being and balanced mind reached through certain physical practices. Thank you again for the relaxing weekend!

The main business case for meditation is that if you’re fully present on the job, you will be more effective as a leader, you will make better decisions and you will work better with other people.

We see two benefits from our mindfulness programs. First, attendees are consistently seeing an increase in focus time. At McKinsey, we are all paid to think. We don’t get time to think until midnight, and that’s not healthy. Second, they are doing less multitasking. This means people are getting more done.

If you just sit and observe, you will see how restless your mind is. If you try to calm it, it only makes it worse, but over time it does calm, and when it does, there's room to hear more subtle things--that's when your intuition starts to blossom…
