BREATHWORK RETREAT

28.-31.8.2025 @ Finnskogen Retreat

2 spots left

Breathwork retreat focuses on following topics:

  • Breathwork modalities with embodied approach (conscious connected style)
  • Trauma and working with the imprints of the body through the felt sense (somatics)
  • Intention setting, transformative work and re-wiring the nervous system
  • Authentic expression and boundary work, some voice work might come
  • Sound healing and breath

This is a retreat that focuses on facilitating embodied breathwork in individual and group sessions. You are welcome to join even if you do not plan to be certified & facilitate breathwork in the future. The daily program is nourishing in any case, and you have more free time during the retreat if you choose to skip the theory lessons.

Nervous-system friendly and trauma-informed approach to breathwork and transformative work is being emphasised. Integration is an important part of facilitation, and you learn much more about how to prepare, walk through and support integration of transformative experiences.

This is a close-to-nature, authentic retreat experience in quite basic settings. You can read more about Finnskogen retreat HERE. Food is vegan and rich, sauna will be warm at least two evenings. Lake is close and canoes can be used during free time. Showers are outside by the saunas and toilets are traditional compost toilets.

There will be 5 live online breathwork sessions before the retreat to get comfortable with breathwork, and explore its effects. Dates are Mondays 16.6., 7.7., 21.7., 4.8., 18.8. at 17.00 (recordings available). There will be 1 integration call after the retreat.

Completion of the retreat will entitle you to a 25-hour certificate by Breathing Unlimited. In order to complete the certification, all theory and practice sessions are mandatory. There will be a recording of the 5 online sessions and integration call, but if you can not join live, you need to write a short text about your experience.

Start on Thursday 28.8. is at 15.00 (arrival from 14.00), and retreat ends on Sunday 31.8. at 14.00.
