Pustehelga – Saturday Early bird

GENERAL INFORMATION

Location: Klingenberggården (Zenit Yoga – The Cave & Pusterommet), Jomfrugata 18, Trondheim

Sauna @ Havet Arena (Strandveien 104)

You can buy ticket for the whole weekend OR for Saturday separately. Sunday’s sauna session is not included in the ticket. Sauna price is 120 kr, and the morning session is booked directly through Havet. The sauna session is invitation-only (yes, you can bring a friend) but not open to general public.

Workshops do not require any particular knowledge or experience. Open mind to explore your breath is enough.

• ONLY SATURDAY: 1290 kr / early bird 1150 kr

Early bird offer runs until June 30th. The same (lower) price is for students, unemployed, ufør and those with low income even after the early bird has run out.

No refunds offered, and it is not possible to transfer the registration to next year or use the amount paid for other offerings.

You can take your own lunch with or have lunch outside during the break 12.00-13.00. Tea & snacks are served throughout the day.

Some of the workshops are held in English, some in Norwegian. Language depends also on who joins the weekend. It is always possible to ask questions and receive clarifications in both languages.
