Sauna @ Havet Arena (Strandveien 104)
You can buy a ticket for the whole weekend OR for Saturday only. Sunday’s sauna session is not included in the ticket. The sauna costs 120 kr and is booked directly through Havet. The sauna session is invitation-only (and yes, you can bring a friend) – it’s not open to the general public.
After you register, you’ll receive a Google Form where you can choose your Saturday workshops. We run two parallel workshops on Saturday.
Workshops don’t require any particular knowledge or experience — an open mind to explore your breath is enough. That said, we’ve built the program so that experienced breathers will also find new nuances and inspiration in the workshops!

The lower price applies to students, the unemployed, those on disability benefits (ufør) and those on a low income. Use code PUST26SLAV to get the discount for Saturday ticket.
No refunds. Registrations can’t be transferred to next year or used toward other offerings.
You can bring your own lunch or eat out during the break from 12.00–13.00. Tea and snacks are served throughout the day.
Sunday morning begins at Havet Arena with saunas, a ritual and cold exposure. Buy your ticket (120 kr) HERE.
Some workshops are held in English, some in Norwegian. The language also depends on who joins the weekend. You can always ask questions and get clarification in either language.
